This is the dahlia fold using the new large circle punch! It really takes up a card!Must be a dinner plate dahlia!
The colors I used for the background are Rose Red and Pink Pirouette. The dahlia fold is rose red designer paper from Stampin Up!

Big Shot Notes
I made these for a "big shot" swap. You had to use something that you made using the big shot die cutting system. These were fun! the inside holds 10 pieces of notebook paper. I held them together using the crop a dial and large pewter eyelet. It needed some decoration so I used the bird... using red, for the Christmas season! The word notes was colored in using a versamarker. I also used some of our felt ribbon from the Holiday mini ... just because. I have a few left, that I will use as Christmas gifts for some of the girls at work.

tangerine birthday
I just love this level 2 hostess set! I cased this card directly from some on Split Coast Stampers, when I went back to find the artist, I just couldn't find her... I just love the simplicity of this card! I used my water color pencils on this except for the riding hood red classic ink smooched into the lid and picked up with my blender pen. I also used tangerine tango on the flowers, topped it off with tangerine ribbon
