This comes directly from the Stampin Up! 2008 spring/summer catalog. page 39... this is one of my versions of it! It is so easy to use their ideas... so if you get stuck, look at the pictures in the catalog and have a go! the "recipe " for all their creations are in the back of the book listed by page number.
